John Sanders, Managing Director John Sanders is a founding director and shareholder of Thorman Trant. Formerly the HR Director of an international £1.5 billion sales turnover business, and the Employee Relations Manager of a £3 billion international group, John has over 25 years experience in the milk, food, meat, home entertainment, engineering and logistics industries of Europe. In the UK, he has also worked in a range of industries from cars to animal feeds and handled recruitment and career management assignments from shop floor to executive directors. Broad ranging training and a number of roles in HR and Operations with H J Heinz prepared Peter for a further ten years of developing and implementing significant performance improvement.
