John Sanders, Managing Director
John Sanders is a founding director and shareholder of Thorman
Trant. Formerly the HR Director of an international £1.5
billion sales turnover business, and the Employee Relations
Manager of a £3 billion international group, John has
over 25 years experience in the milk, food, meat, home entertainment,
engineering and logistics industries of Europe. In the UK,
he has also worked in a range of industries from cars to animal
feeds and handled recruitment and career management assignments
from shop floor to executive directors.

& Head of Career Management.
Broad ranging training and a number of roles in HR and Operations
with H J Heinz prepared Peter for a further ten years of developing
and implementing significant performance improvement. These
initiatives started at Heinz, progressed to General Management
roles at Unigate and then with the management consultancy
Peter Chadwick Ltd. Returning to the Human Resources area,
in roles with Right Management Consultants and TMP Worldwide
(Cepec), Peter has spent the last 8 years working in the fields
of Outplacement, Organisational change, Team Development and
Resourcing.
